As a result of this upgrade, the following features were affected as indicated below. CONTROL PANEL All access to my.winsave.com has been suspended. A new Welcome email was sent to you as your account was upgraded. This email provided the necessary login information and a link to the new control panel, called SiteControl. SiteControl can be accessed by visiting https://sitecontrol-sp.gate.com. If you did not receive your Welcome email, please contact Gate.com support for assistance at 866-233-0602. BILLING All future billing will come from Gate.com. You should be billed on your usual date and cycle. HOSTING PLANS AND FEATURES The plans name has been changed and the features have been greatly enhanced. The details of these changes are listed below.
DATA AND FILES The files of your website were not moved. WinSave simply became a part of the Gate.com family and each customer’s record was re-created in a new billing system.
